What Is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy ( R T T ) is a fast-working, solution-focused and revolutionary therapeutic method that delivers permanent change, without the need for long and drawn-out therapy sessions. RTT is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience, that offers fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression, and hypnotic conditioning. However, RTT goes beyond, diagnosing what works with real clients in real sessions to build a new therapeutic approach.

RTT session is able to reach breakthroughs that would not be possible if you are simply trying to reach your subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. RTT utilizes an array of techniques and tools that are crucial, not just in teaching you how to communicate with your subconscious mind, but also directly accessing and transforming whatever blockages that you may not be unaware of.

What does a RTT session look like?

I usually describe a session to my clients as deep meditative relaxation. After your FREE Discovery Call, you will fill in an online Questionnaire, very easy and simple yet important. We will then have an assessment call to discuss your answers and your needs prior to your RTT session.

The initial session takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours. If I see you in person, I usually ask you to please wear comfortable clothing as you will be asked to sit or lay down during the session. Also, the same is suggested if your session takes place from home. After your 2-hour session I will make a personalised recording for you to listen to everyday, for the next 30 days.  This will rewire your subconscious mind, nurturing new good habits to complete the transformation.

Our session can take place in person if you are in Denmark (Copenhagen area) or via Zoom/Skype/WhatsApp platform.

What to expect from a RTT session?

During the RTT session, I will help you enter a deep state of relaxation and access your subconscious mind. We will uncover issues during a deeply relaxed state where we will easily recall scenes and their underlying root cause by giving voice to your unconscious false beliefs and then releasing them – allowing a faster path to a state where there is no competition and success is more rewarding.

During this relaxed state, you will revisit moments from your life, guiding you to the root cause of your issues. This process will help us extract the unhealthy beliefs, that keeping you trapped in a negative mindset.

Under my guidance, you will understand and interpret the meaning of some subconscious beliefs, that no longer serve you.

You will get clarity on why you experience your issues and get new perspectives for your life.

Why should you work with me?

I can work in any of the subjects listed. Ultimately, I enjoy helping women and children. My clients come to me to help them with: WEIGHTLOSS, DEPRESSION / POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION, MENOPAUSE ISSUES, STRESS AND CONFIDENCE.

The reason why I specialize in the above is only because I have been that woman going through those issues and I will know and understand firsthand how you feel. I had years struggling and trying to get better and to feel better. The usual therapies can go on for months or years sometimes, and you will continue paying for every appointment and every consultation. It can be exhausting not only mentally, but financially. That is the main reason why for me RTT completely changed my world and I decided I needed to help others.

Weight Loss

  • Are you always on a diet?
  • Forever on the lookout for the latest diet?
  • Does your weight yo-yo up and down?
  • Do you struggle to maintain a healthy weight?
  • Is your weight constantly on your mind?
  • Do you feel guilty when you eat “forbidden foods”? or you never feel full?
  • Have you put your life and your happiness on hold until you weigh a certain number?

That was me, and most probably you now, but you can change that. You have the power to change that NOW.

  • How would your life be if you were 10-20-30 kilos lighter?
  • How would you feel?
  • How would your health be?
  • Would you be able to be more active?
  • Would you be happier?

The 3-month weight reduction program is structured around three sessions and is tailored to you and your goals.

This was my Transformation, are you ready for yours?

Depression & Postpartum Depression

Depression means different things to different people, and is experienced quite differently by everyone. We all feel down or sad occasionally and the less you see the sun the more depression tends to affect us. Usually, the feelings that leads us to depression tend to decrease and ultimately pass after a couple of days or weeks. You will notice that you tend to feel better and your mood returns to normal.

“In more serious cases of depression, symptoms are more intense than just feeling down or sad. Other symptoms are evident too. You may not be sleeping well, you may be over or under eating, and have difficulty in functioning day to day. You may notice that you feel fatigued, your energy levels are down, and perhaps you feel unmotivated and have lost enjoyment in activities you previously enjoyed. This kind of depression is more serious and requires intervention. In Europe alone, 25% of the population tend to suffer from depression or anxiety.

Neuropsychiatric disorders account for 19.5% of the burden of disease in the European Region, and 26% in European Union (EU) countries.

These disorders account for up to 40% of years lived with disability, with depression as the main cause.

Up to 50% of chronic sick leaves are due to depression/anxiety.

About 50% of major depressions stay untreated. The cost of mood disorders and anxiety in the EU is about €170 billion per year.” – World Health Organization, Europe.

“Postpartum Depression (PPD) is a depressive disorder with the same characteristics as other depressive disorders, with the exception that it occurs within four weeks postpartum. Approximately one in every seven new mothers is affected by PPD, resulting in an overall prevalence rate of 10-15%, with substantial variation between populations. Postpartum mood disorders represent the most frequent form of maternal morbidity following delivery.

Sail Through Menopause

Menopause is a normal condition that every woman will go through as they age. The term describes the symptoms that women experience and the changes in their body before they stop menstruating. It’s a significant milestone moment in a woman’s life, but the decline in fertility can be challenging emotionally and physically. All changes require understanding and management, but menopause can bring on some particularly difficult challenges for the body and the mind.

Menopause can trigger a variety of symptoms that are caused by a hormonal shift. Hot flashes, a common symptom of menopause, are described as a sudden rush of warmth over the body that causes sweating. Other common symptoms include irregular periods, mood swings, fatigue, insomnia, irritability, headaches, changes in libido and bladder control problems. Not all women get every symptom, but they are all associated with the hormonal changes happening in a woman’s body as her fertility declines.

These symptoms can interfere with day-to-day activities and quality of life. Some medications like hormone therapy can bring relief from symptoms, but some treatments are linked to cancer, and there is concern over their safety of taking hormones.

Please note that the above symptoms can be signs of other medical conditions. It is recommended that you see your professional medical practitioner in the first instance.

Stress

Anything that places a demand on your time and energy produces stress. Stress is a normal response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way.

The stress response is the body’s way of protecting you. When working properly, it helps you stay focused, energetic, and alert. The stress response also helps you rise to meet challenges. Stress is what keeps you on your toes during a presentation at work, sharpens your concentration when you’re at school or at work, or drives you to study for an exam when you’d rather be watching TV.

But beyond a certain point, stress stops being helpful and starts causing major damage to your health, your mood, your productivity, your relationships, and your quality of life.
